'The Wall' is back

I bow to the persistent determination of Sourav Ganguly and Rahul Dravid....They proved us all wrong by making a reentry to the competitive cricket. Ganguly did perform well after his comeback and I hope Rahul will also prove his mettle and makes an entry with a bang. I wish him good luck.

Today, I traveled and additional 20 miles after work just to play 2 hours of cricket....Is it worth it....Oh yeah...I played some aggressive cricket...Though I am well known as a bowler...I liked the contribution I made with the bat when the team was in tatters at 13/4.

I need a car desperately to travel so far and comeback home....Its hard to travel 10 miles via bus at 9 pm but I cant loose the fun especially when performing well :)

Life after college!!!

I donno how true is this dialogue yet 'college ke gate ke uss taraf hum life ko nachate hain aur doosri taraf life humko nachati hai' as things were smoother on me despite the recession effect.

I am away from books for more than a month now. This is the first time after 8 years. It is a different feeling which is interesting because I am away from them. Also, it is distressing at the same time when I question myself, is this all....Can't I learn more in life....Am I finished....Should I stick to the same kinda life for the next 35 to 40 years....The sound of it makes me sick....I cannot hold to these 8 to 5 jobs....

So what should I do??

Enough is enough!!! I should now get back to my wonderful books and try to do something in life....The pinnacle I reached till date is only my 'ground zero' as I claim it to be....Now, I can try things and if they don't work for me then I can safely get back to this ground zero.

What's my future and where's my future?

One thing is for sure.....My future is in India and definitely not USA. I am not going to sell myself and my happiness for a few thousands or even millions of dollars.

So, I got to do something that makes me stand well in India.....

SO WHAT IS IT?? I WONDER

Is it CFA/MBA/PhD in Transportation/PhD in Finance. TOTALLY CONFUSED as I should be.

Funny Incident at work!!!

My manager asks me to find out what 2080 is in the computation of value of travel time. How the hell can someone trace a number just taken randomly. I had to break my head to figure out it is 52*40 (52 weeks and 40 hrs a week). I told him the same and he says "This is how much time I pain myself every year". LOL
